Lean in to Leadership

The club brings together students who demonstrate strong character, commitment, and competence—the “three C’s” of leadership. Members share a passion for leadership and a proven ability to excel. That passion translates into an exclusive interest in learning more about the military and civil service. Often times, members of this club get direct exposure to ROTC programs at the collegiate level and more information on the military, firefighting, law enforcement and other aspects of community and selfless service.

Learn to Lead

For high school students who want to lean into leadership. The Charles King Club aligns with King Company and gathers high school cadets who are highly interested in the Corps lifestyle, advanced fitness, and deeper military knowledge. Many members explore ROTC scholarships and Service Academy preparation. Admission is driven by interest and commitment. There is no set GPA or fitness threshold to join, but members are expected to grow toward higher leadership standards.
